I was very hunger for Dim Sum. Suddenly.
Actually wanted to visit "Cherry Garden" last Saturday but it was, as you know, it was Father's day.
Price was increased to S$68++ per person.
"Too costly already lah..."
My hubby asked me to wait till next weekend.
"Ok lor. I will wait to next week lor..."
Today, I finally try Dim Sum at Cherry Garden! =D
so happy like that!!
I mainly ordered steamed dumplings with prawn or shrimp.
Prawn Dumplings with Orange puree skin.
Shrimp and Crabmeat duplings with water chestnut.
Truffle essence mushroom crystal dumplings.
Although dim sum price is quite expensive for us,
(S$45++ per person) we enjoyed dim sums and time.

Cooking PA PA to be?
My hubby saw a cooking recipe by Mr Koh Kentetsu in MSN Japan.
It's not only quite simple & easy but also looks delicious.
Today, he is going to cook that dish.
This month, theme is 10 mins dish.
my hubby try its
"Salmon and Cabbage don* with garlic soy source"
(* DON = main or ingredients is on the rice)
Main ingredients, Salmon bought from NTUC.
quite fresh, but too fatty for this dish as normally what salmon in Japan is not that kind of salmon.
more red and less fats.
(don't call it to salmon, call it to "SAKE" different from what you see in Singapore)
Anyway, DON was tasty, happy meal with hubby.
He now looking forward to upcoming Mr Koh Kentetsu recipe! =P

Cake Shopping
I am a kind of dessert lover =)
Sometimes goes to "Dessert buffet" or
sometimes go for dessert hunting.
When I stay hotel, I always buy some cakes
and have a sweet sharing with my hubby.
(Luckily he has sweet tooth =P)
This time round, I stayed at Conrad Centennial.
So, I decided to buy cakes from there.
There is a Gift & Cake shop there, "Pastry Palette"
I bought two cakes.
Chocolate mousse with Lychee cream
Strawberry mousse tart
quite nice but quite light taste.
My stomach was not satisfied,
I bought two more cakes from
Pan Pacific "Atrium Deli" and
Marina Mandarin "Senses Patisserie"
Flourless Chocolate with Raspberry
Dark Chocolate mousse
I did not know that after 7pm,
cakes and sausages will be 25% off at Atrium Deli!
Cake from Atrium Deli was most heavy & Chocolaty,
finally my stomach satisfied. Haha =P
