This trip, is purpose to visit one of my most respect person.
Yes, she is, my grandma.


She is no longer recognize me, my mum, every children and grand children of us,
But once I see her, feel so relieved that she is still ok.







To be frank, I am abit homesick too...
hehe, miss my mum also.

La Duree!!!

we were so so soooo look forward to visit La Duree at Hakata station!!!

Our most and only favourite Macaroon is still from La Duree =D =D

Anjapar

Anjapar, it is memorable restaurant for me.
We went there for lunch since our last visit few years ago.



I had Dosa (Dosai), while shiu-chan had Chicken briyani.






Well, taste still quite nice,
I like their Dosa!! =D


It was my first time indian restaurant in Singapore and firs time I made a payment.
There was a little bit of funny incident too....

This shop, I just happened to find.
Their some cakes are look so so so La Duree's...

Their concepts and logo, also like copy of La Duree...




I didn't know that the shop is also available in Mandarin Gallery.
Ok, I was luck to find!!
I should try their cakes!!!

name also exactory same as La Duree's...


But, BUT...!!!

Only looks like...
taste is totally defferent.
So not nice!!!! I feel shame my self saying "looks like La Duree's".
Very sorry to La Duree...cannot even take it into compare with them.


Felt so upset...

I won't come back again!!!!

P-chan actually working in Japan now and she just flight back to Singapore for her holiday.

We went to [Arteastiq] for cafe,
Supposed to try their afternoon tea but seems like more snacks than sweets, hence we decided to try just watever we want.




I orderd their signature tea,
Liqour tea of Brandy Ginger Spices while P-chan ordered Choya Lychee.
Both are quite nice, we like it!!





Also tried their signature cake, called Adam,
Very moist but not too dence cake.
Quite nice too =)

Grand Mother

She was still pretending that she knows my mum when her visit grandma in July.
Now, she totally does not care who my mum is. She talk to her when she was a child, she sings songs when she liked to sing when she was a child.


...well, I think we need to prepare for someday, soon.


She is so weak and skinny, yes of course, her life till now of 97 years, it was all the way very tough and hard that I can't even imagine.
It is truly amazing that her body is still conditioned like much younger age people than her.


Asked mum to try to use digital-camera and take grandma's photos as much as possible, try to record what she says as much as possible.

Let's keep precious time.
Let's keep who she is.

Went for Afternoon tea with P-chan and H-chan.

Surprised that although H-chan was staying in Singapore for a few months before, she never been to any of afternoon tea.


It's been quite sometime since I had 3-tier afternoon tea there,
their taste ok...



But we enjoyed chit chat and view from the bar =)

I did not know H-chan likes to drink wine.
Shiu-chan happy to know that hence, we had wine gathering with friends.





Although I don't know how to appreciate wines,
but having gathering was nice and interesting experience to enjoy wine, canapes and cheese...haha

Shiu-chan never been to Yam Cha restaurant in his life....
Anyway I also been there more than 6 years ago...


And we were quite craving for Tim Sum,
decided to go there to enjoy Hong Kong style tim sum.
