Shiu-chan cooked risotto again with left over Arborio rice.
Add some mushrooms, and on top of that, added some slices of summer truffle.







He said he can't cook the risotto what he wants and wanna try to cook with different type of rice.


I always feel, is he really a chinese Singaporean? He always wants to cook ang moh food....

Quite common tree in singapore but some people said seeds can be used to cure some symptoms. Only certain people knows, people knows will try to pick the seeds...
