He diced it and make it to gratin.

it's always difficult find although there are 4 durian shops around my house.

Its fruits are so tiny,
abit creamy yellow, small seeds.
thin skin and dedicated flesh.


Nice mixture of sweet and bitter, will play around in your mouth.


We love it! =D

Surprised that you can get so colourful petit tomatoes from wet market nowadays!! =D

Baklava

Shiu-chan brought back homemade Baklava.






Baklava?
It's the middle-east sweets that made of filo pastry(actually is not) with nuts, baked and then soak into syrup.

Quite need skill for baking.


Got nice Cinnamon flavour and very sweet sweet taste...
Nice trying it =)

Pizza-for-Pizza

had nice Sake & Wine gathering with friends,
He introduced us nice Sake & wine, not only that, but also introduced us delicious treat.


Pizzas from Casa verde, located at Botanic Garden.
Known as cafe under Les Amis.


Procute ham and rockets.


Egg plant and Zucchini, roasted veges.


Both are tasty, I saw stone oven with real fire.
those commonly seen in Italian pizzeria.
