over all taste was not bad.
Especially red wine sauce beef cheek....melting in the mouth....whoa....

Abit regretted about the dessert corner...
I think I must return to Mandarin Oriental's chocolate moussy cakes...

He only eat Crushed peanut Tang Yuan with Sweet Peanut soup.

bakery called 'Emerald Bakery' @ Clementi.
I probably go there if I go to Clementi.




Red Bean paste is same as Japanese Red Bean paste.


Their bread is quite dry, but not bad.

I love this kind of very neighborhood bakery than franchised bakery =)
