dare to try?

Lazy weekend.
do revision for baking.


Somehow I suddenly got idea,
'how about using mayonaise for baking bread???'



Anyway mayonaise also using egg and oil mah...



well, I should try.



Just used mayonaise instead of oil and egg.


It looked well done,
Yes, it looked well done.



Tried it, taste was quite ok.
Yes. quite ok, at first.



looks normal bread hor...



But





but after a while....






my mouth got fishy kind of after taste...
like after eat fish cake or something...




How come got this kind a taste???





Anyway my adventure is over.
'Mayonaise is not suitable for baking'




Went out for weekend shopping to
supermarket, not department store.


It's summer now, why not having
cold noodle for dinner?


Japanese summer is this and Soumen!! (cold noodles)

Had 'Hiyashi chu-ka (cold chinese style noodle)'.
got alot of ingredients till unable to see the noodle =)
