what I learned.
use first bread recipe to make just a simple
table roll.
It's so hot and I perspired when kneeding.
hehe =P
usually use proofing machine or
microwabe oven's proofing function but
today it's really hot day so I just leave dough in
room temperature to proof instead.
Proofing well done, imagine how hot is my room!!
(about 35 degrees and very high humidity)
breads were quite chewy,
my mum likes it too =)
need to practice more and bake more often!!
Our region, Rainy season is finally over
(It was longest rainy season ever)
my mum's petit tomatos, cannot make it.
too much water due to too many rainy days, and it became no taste at all.
alot of tomatos spoiled and wasted. too bad =(
Ministry of Agriculture, forestry and fisheries is reporting that
this summer may be affecting amount of vege and fishes due to not enough sunlights and
low temperature.
So, soon after those prices may be increase.
I hope it will not effect too much...
