cuoca's original brend Jap flour, 'Kitano kaori'


Yeagle


wholemeal 40% + Kitano kaori


wholemeal 40% + Yeagle


Wholemeal 20%, Yeagle 40% + Kitano kaori 40%


Realised that really Jap wheat flour makes the bread chewy.
