I am not muffin fan, but it's very reasonable price to join the lesson and also can learn points to make nice cakes then.
It's Deco-muffin and so, the muffin itself is quite light taste than normal muffin. Even decorate with butter cream, you will not feel sick of eating.
baked it with another student. guess which one I decor?! =P
I was first time to use butter cream to decorate, the texture is different from fresh whipped cream and it is quite nice to do the decoration (piping?).
I remember Singapore getting popular this kind of deco-muffin too???
