Bread of the week

nowadays really I usually bake in the night after work.


it's the reason why I need to rent whole unit.


Beer Bread. used chilled Guiness Stout.



Haruyutaka Blend 100%.
used cold water but dough became not nice.



I think better rush to finish all the flours I brought as it's been a few months after purchase already...
