After I cooked for him in Japan, Guess it was very impressed experience for him to have creamy Carbonara.

so, I cooked for him again.
I didn't know pancetta is so salty.
I bought Pancetta (kind of fresh bacon, known as used for cooking carbonara) from Cold Storage, cooked authentic version. Means, pancetta, egg yolk, fresh cream, Parmigiano Reggiano and olive oil.
It's really very creamy.
Simple and thick taste.
I only bought Pancetta, so costed less than $10 for 2 serving =)
