very happy to see my mother, she looks still cheerful as usual, happily brought me to her recent favorite UDON shop for lunch.

seems like their franchising is very fast nowadays...their sales point is they make UDON noodle in the shop. yes, we will able to see whole process of making Udon at the shop.
our fav, Bukkake Udon (just pour soup).
I am not great fan of Udon. but taste is what Udon should have.
