Full of Flavour

Baked rich bread.


Rich, what's rich, Rich in flavour.
Used Grist-Mill, Canadian good grade wheat slowly milled by stone miller.
mixed this grist-mill 60% and Haru-Yutaka blend 40% with a little bit of president butter.








So flavourful!!

this kind of strong flavour flour better to bake very lean bread to enjoy wheat fragrance.


I wish i could bake french bread...
