brown roll was chewy, but burger bus was not.
They have bagel bar at Philip Street, and Simply Sandwich at Robinson Road.
Bought burger buns and Brown roll from Simply bread.
umm...really simple...look so rustic but once u bite, you'll know chewiness of the bread. not too dry =)
Too bad I can only afford to get those small ones as big loafs are not affordable for me...
