Wild Cherry cake

Baked cake using my mum's vintage wild cherry.
She picked wild cherries and made it to cherry whiskey more than 20 years ago.






Ingredients :
*Self raising flour 195g

*Cacao powder 5g

*Sugar 30g

*Egg M1size

*Milk 150ml

*Wild cherry 100g


Whisk egg and sugar using whipper till thicken, add milk and mix well.

Add flour + cacao powder, lightly mixed, then add wild cherries.
180cD preheat oven for 30 mins with pound cake mold.
