Hard working day?!

Today it's first day of advanced baking course.


Because of that?
Today what I bake was all so tough to knead.

Also used a couple of flour.


My right arm a little bit feels muscleache
because of yesterday's long hours baking class.
And I did exercise after that...


It was really tough for me to knead and knead,
I used left arm to knead too.
But after tough work out, I could bake pretty breads!! =)


Honey cinamon bread. use honey for sweeten the bread.



Anchovy sauce piza. very chewy!! nice =)



grissini. soft type. reminds me of Basilico's.




What a really difficult and fun baking!!
