It was surprising baking class today.
I could bake very "mochi mochi" (= chewy in Japanese) bread.
The bread, named soy milk black bean bread.
It's just use soy milk instead of water.
Somemore it contains low gluten flour so I thought it must be light texture bread.
But, it is not.
It's really my first time to bake such a chewy bread.
the dough quite difficult to knead.
I was sooooo happy to bake that.
really mochi mochi! =)
My mum also likes to eat it!
cramberry and cream cheese bread. this bread is also quite nice.
