I cooked it today, it is thick slice than common commercial one as it is hand made by local farmer.
Purely sun dried....look so much different from mess production one...
When I just open the bag, nice dried white radish fragrance immediately came into my nose.
Simmer it, texture is so chunky!!
I should ask my mum to where to get it!
